As a Silver Club member, you will be guaranteed priority service.
This includes:

• Free diagnostic call (Club members do not pay for a diagnostic call.)
• 15% discount on all repairs

One Time Air Conditioner Tune-up

One Time Air Conditioner/Heat Pump Tune-up Includes:

• Check & Clean the condenser coil to increase efficiency
• Check & Clean the evaporator coil to increase efficiency (if accessible)
• Lubrication of all moving parts to reduce wear
• Plus 13 other money saving steps!
• Check voltage & amperage on motors
• Check & adjust blower components
• Check & clean condensate drain
• Check operation pressure for proper refrigerant charge
• Check all safety controls
• Calibrate the thermostat
• Lubricate the blower
• Check that the condenser is level
• Check starting capabilities
• Lubricate outside fan
• Check all electrical connections
• Check temperature drop
• Check fans on outside condensing unit
• Inspect the suction line & the liquid line
• Inspect the air filter

One Time Heater Tune-up

One Time Heating System Tune-up Includes:

For Gas Systems:

• Test gas valve to reduce delayed ignition
• Clean and check burners for more efficient operation
• Vacuum and clean heat exchanger
• Inspect heat exchanger for cracks and holes
• Check high limit control
• Check manifold gas pressure
• Check for natural gas leaks
• Inspect ignition system

For Electric Heat Systems:

• Inspect coil
• Inspect & test Electric Heat components
• Check electrical wiring around heating components

For All Systems:

• Tighten all wiring connections for safety
• Lubricate all moving parts
• Check thermostat calibration
• Check air filter
• Check and adjust airflow for proper temperature rise
• Check and adjust blower components
• Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
• Check fan control
• Polish/Wash furnace/air handler exteriors
