Excellent service. Rick took our call and was very helpful over the phone. He showed up within 15min. to assess our furnace problem. Rick was professional and told us what the problem was. He provided us with more than one option to get the system repaired based on our concerns- budget, timeliness, and warranty, among other factors. My wife and I selected the best option for us and never felt pressured in selecting one. Our system was fixed shortly after our decision and it has been running smoothly. I've used Allen's for more than 25 years. You pay more but get more. It's worth every penny for the peace of mind and service is outstanding. One thing I love is their employees are great and they often stay with company for years so you get to know them a little bit. Our usual guy is Nate and he's great...friendly, knowledgeable and explains things very well. He did our regular semi annual service call today and stayed extra long just to make sure ot was done right.

Rick came out this morning to check our heating, just to make sure it is ready for the cold months ahead. He checked our AC unit just to make sure it is ready to be shut down.
